Monday, June 21, is midsummer's eve, and we'll picnic around the big plane tree in the middle of Rye Common. Bring all your needs - blanket, wine, grappa, elderflower cordial, strawberries, olives, amuses gueules, roast hog, plus frisbees, kites, pan pipes, flutes, guitars, banjos, mandolins... you know the kind of thing.
We'll start a little earlier, at 7pm, to catch the sun.
