The Herne Hill Music Festival starts on October 12

Appropriately for poor flooded Herne Hill there will be readings about water and London at Carnegie Library, 188 Herne Hill , SE24 0AG on Saturday 5 Oct at 3pm with music. 

 

& on 5 Nov for Beyond Words (every first Tuesday) at Gipsy Hill Tavern, SE19, "The Furry Dance" by Wendy French, a 10-minute play for voices, will be performed as part of the monthly poetry programme which also offers open mic slots for those of you who like to join in.
